2J Supply Success Event Instructions for Sponsors – September 19 & 20, 2024

Program Area:

​

  • Tables: The 6ft tables for programs, available on both days, will be placed in the upstairs hallway.

  • Provided Items: A blue tablecloth will be provided for each table.

  • Backdrops: There will be no backdrops for these tables, preventing the hanging of any banners.

  • Customization Options: You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth, use a table runner with your logo, set up a stand-up banner behind or beside your table, or place a tabletop sign to signify your brand.

  • Setup: You can begin setting up as early as 7:00am on September 19th. Tables will be in the upstairs hallway near Fall Creek A, B & C rooms. Doors open for attendee registration at 8:15.

  • Takedown: At 3:00 PM on September 20th, the program showcase will conclude. Please ensure that all your event items are removed from the convention center by this time.

Vendor Showcase Areas:

​

  • Tables: Each 6ft table for the Vendor Showcase will come with a blue tablecloth and a drape and pipe behind it.

  • Provided Items: S-hooks will be available to hang a grommeted sign on the drape and pipe.

  • Customization Options: You are welcome to bring your own tablecloth, use a table runner with your logo, set up a stand-up banner behind or beside your table, hang a sign with s hooks behind your table or place a tabletop sign to signify your brand.

  • Setup: You can begin setting up as early as 7:00 am on September 20th. At 8:30 registration begins for attendees and doors open for the vendor showcase at 9:00

  • Takedown: At 3:00 PM on September 20th, the vendor showcase will conclude. Please ensure that all your event items are removed from the convention center by this time.

General Information for Program Area and Vendor Showcase:

  • Electricity: All tables will have access to electricity. If you need specific equipment like a screen or a particular type of table, please let us know in advance.

  • Microphone: There will be a microphone for announcements available

  • Giveaway Items: Feel free to bring items to hand out to customers

  • Raffle Items: Please send any raffle items to me and be sure to clearly label each item with vendor contact name, phone and email and brand name. Please send to Gail Soliani, 2J Supply, 1456 N. Keowee Street, Dayton, OH 45404-1103, RE: 2J Supply Success Convention/Vendor name.

Shipping Before Event:

  • Vendors can ship packages to arrive up to 3 days before the event to this address:
    Banquet Department, 2J Supply Success Convention /Vendor Name, 91 Walnut Street, Lawrenceburg, Indiana 47025

  • Fees: There are no fees for holding materials unless they are extremely large or stored for more than 3 days.

  • Package Availability: Packages will be available in the tradeshow hall on the day of setup.

 

 

Return Shipping:

​

  • Bring a pre-paid shipping return label and any necessary packaging supplies with you. The hotel has a business center where you can print documents if needed, but it does not provide shipping supplies.

  • You will need to call in your packages when ready. Shipping vendors usually collect all called-in packages the day after the event.
